Organising records and annual deadlines
Management of the business continues after the date of certification. A clear work schedule helps keep track of records and implementation leads.

After formation, company information, transaction records and filing deadlines still need to be managed. No single compliance calendar applies to every company: the state of registration, entity type, operations and tax status can change the dates to track.
Create schedules for each legal entity
Create a table including receiving agency, document type, reporting period, date to be inspected, person in charge and completion status. SBA Note that some states require additional reporting or documents after registration, and businesses operating in multiple states may have unique requirements. Therefore, specific landmarks must be compared with the state's official website and actual records.
Keep documents for each period
Arrange establishment documents, owner information, contracts, invoices, operating documents and exchange history by period. IRS Publication 583 Presents the role of keeping books and documents to serve tax obligations. Saving methods and application deadlines may vary by document type; Records should not be automatically deleted at the end of a year.
Clearly assign responsibilities
Specify the owner's own implementation, the ECM's assistance in preparation or monitoring, and the portion that needs to be transferred to a licensed professional unit. When changing the person in charge, it is necessary to hand over the most recent calendar, account and file version to avoid information interruption.
Updated when the business changes
Changes in address, manager, industry, market or receiving account should be recorded immediately. Before each period, review the saved information and current requirements of the receiving agency. Don't use another company's calendar as the default calendar for your business.
