Article 1. Principles for determining prices
Service prices are determined by the service type, the country or state where the work is carried out, the characteristics of the case, the workload, government fees and the costs of relevant partners. ECM Global publishes prices or the method for determining prices in accordance with the applicable requirements.
Article 2. Contents of a quotation
A quotation states the service name, scope of work, ECM Global’s service fees, government or third-party fees if any, taxes, surcharges, the total amount or calculation method, payment currency, applicable exchange rate if any, validity period and payment conditions.
Article 3. Quotations on request
For services that need to be tailored to the customer’s requirements or the condition of the case, ECM Global provides a quotation after receiving the necessary information. Customers are informed of the costs and applicable conditions before confirming that they wish to use the service.
Article 4. Cost adjustments
If the scope of work or third-party costs change, ECM Global will notify the customer and seek valid approval before carrying out additional work. ECM Global does not unilaterally increase the price of work committed at a fixed price where such an adjustment would be contrary to the agreement or the law.
Article 5. Quotations in a foreign currency
Where a quotation is given in a foreign currency, ECM Global provides information about the exchange rate, when that rate applies and any related conversion fees that arise.
Article 6. Quotation enquiries
Customers may request clarification of a quotation and the related conditions by emailing [email protected] before making payment.
